Investigation 2

APPLETON, Wis. (WTAQ) - Authorities now believe the bomb threat called into the Outagamie County Regional Airport Sunday morning is related to a similar threat made the night before. Police in Appleton responded to a bomb threat at the Taco Bell at 2840 West College Avenue Saturday. Police say the same cell phone number used in the airport threat, was used in a similar threat made against the Taco Bell.

Sgt. Pat DeWall says the FBI's involvement is due to the cell number used was tracked to an Internet phone service called Skype. Because Skype was used authorities are looking to trace the number to an internet protocol or IP address here in the U.S.  Authorities conducted searches of both buildings which turned up nothing.
