LA CROSSE, Wis. (WTAQ) - Divers have recovered the body of missing La Crosse college student Craig Meyers. WXOW-TV reports police confirmed the recovery about 5:10 p.m. Tuesday at the scene. The body reportedly was found in about 20 feet of water about 15 feet from shore near where a set of footprints led out onto the Mississippi river. Divers had searched for the past 2 days for Meyers, who was last seen early Sunday.
