Detainees have learned how to get under the skins of their Wisconsin guards – just by ribbing them about Favre’s success with the Minnesota Vikings. National Guard Lieutenant Colonel Tim Donovan says that detainees at Camp Cropper have picked up on the gossip from U.S. troops about Favre and his 2 victories over his old Packers. First Lieutenant Tim Boehnen of New Richmond says he gets chided – but it’s not like the prisoners know the intricacies of American football. After all, their big sport is soccer.
